She combines this breadth of exposure with deep understanding of the challenges business owners face — from team morale to process inefficiencies — to serve as a trusted advisor and HR consultant.

Her firm, SH Consulting Group, helps business owners streamline their operations and strengthen their teams. From diagnosing issues like high turnover or onboarding bottlenecks to building tailored improvement plans and guiding implementation, the group supports companies in aligning their people and processes for growth and long-term success.
Alicea North is the founder and lead consultant of Legacy North Immigration and Legal Services. With over nine years of specialized experience in Canadian immigration, her firm helps individuals, families and employers from around the world navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration.
Services include study and work visas, visitor and super-visas, permanent residency via paths like the Express Entry system, provincial nominee programs, citizenship applications, and representations in more complex cases of inadmissibility or appeal. Her goal is to simplify the Canadian immigration process, avoid common pitfalls, and provide a transparent, client-first experience that supports each person’s journey toward building a new life in Canada.
